The short version

  • Your deals and invoices are yours. You let us store and process them only to run Dealtab for you.
  • 14 days free, no card. After that, $19 a month or $149 a year to keep editing and getting reminders; cancel any time.
  • Full refund if you ask within 7 days of any charge (see the refund policy).
  • Chase emails go out only after you confirm them, and you're responsible for what they say.
  • Dealtab helps you keep track. It isn't legal, tax or financial advice.
  • Questions: hello@dealtab.app.

1. These terms

These terms cover your use of Dealtab (dealtab.app), the service run by Uttej (“Dealtab”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Dealtab you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you use Dealtab for a business, you agree on its behalf.

2. What Dealtab does

Dealtab helps creators track brand deals: a pipeline board, deliverable and usage-rights deadlines, invoices, reminders to you, and chase emails to brands that you approve. It also offers an API and MCP server so AI assistants you choose can work with your deals.

Dealtab is a tracking tool. It doesn’t give legal, tax or financial advice. The usage-rights clause template is a starting point, not legal advice, and you’re responsible for your contracts, your invoices’ accuracy and your taxes.

3. Your account

  • You need to be at least 16, and old enough to enter contracts where you live, to use Dealtab.
  • Use an email address you control. Keep your sign-in links and API keys private.
  • You’re responsible for what happens under your account and your API keys; revoke a key if you think it leaked.

4. Trial, plans and payment

  • New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start.
  • After the trial, a paid plan ($19 a month or $149 a year, plus any tax) keeps your account fully working. Without one, your account becomes read-only and reminder emails pause; your data stays so you can pick up where you left off.
  • Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, which also handles sales tax and VAT. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Billing, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • You can get a full refund of any charge if you ask within 7 days of it. The refund and cancellation policy has the details.
  • If we change prices, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
  • If you think you were charged by mistake, write to hello@dealtab.app and we’ll sort it out.

5. Your data

You own everything you put into Dealtab. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide Dealtab to you, as described in the privacy policy. We don’t sell it.

You’re responsible for having the right to store the information you add, including your brand contacts’ details.

6. Emails sent for you

When you approve a chase email, Dealtab sends it from its own sending address with replies going to you. You’re responsible for its content and for only emailing people you work with. To protect delivery for everyone, we may limit how many emails an account or an assistant can send, and pause sending that looks like spam or abuse.

7. AI assistants and the API

You can connect third-party AI assistants with API keys whose permissions you choose. Assistants act on your instructions and their providers’ terms apply to them; we aren’t responsible for what a third-party assistant says or does. Emailing a brand through an assistant always needs a preview and a separate confirmation. Rate limits apply, and you can revoke a key at any time.

8. Fair use

Please don’t use Dealtab to:

  • break the law or anyone’s rights;
  • send spam, harassing or misleading email;
  • try to access other people’s accounts or data, or get around security or rate limits;
  • overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without our permission.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Dealtab running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Reminders help, but keep your own records of anything critical. We may change or remove features; if a change materially affects you, we’ll tell you first.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Dealtab isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or a payment a brand never made. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it (or $50 if you haven’t paid anything). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using Dealtab at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@dealtab.app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable, and you can ask for a copy of your data first.

12. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we’ll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, email account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use Dealtab after that means you accept the new terms.
